'Re-release of the 2nd US 2xCD, originally released in 1997.

The liner notes include surreal collage art, and a statement about the U.K. solar failure, with a link to Greenpeace in the U.K. Also in the notes is a bit about Greenpeace's portable solar generator, 'Cyrus,' which was the sole source of electricity for 'The Girl With The Sun In Her Head.' That track is dedicated to the memory of Sally Harding.

Track 2-5 integrates the infamous mash-up of 'Heaven Is A Place On Earth' by Belinda Carlisle and 'You Give Love A Bad Name' by Bon Jovi.
