''This Compact Disc is derived from the Optical Soundtrack of the original Kinofilm, often called Kinescope, the recording technique used prior to the advent of videotape. The aural quality is thus not equivalent to contemporary recording standards, altough digital and analogue enhancements have been made.
Subsequent to this live broadcasting, the ensemble returned to the studio to record an album of highlights from the production wich differed in both key and tempi.'
