Saxon

Saxon were among the leaders of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal of the late 70s and early 80s, alongside bands like Iron Maiden or Def Leppard. While the group was initially very successful, they disappeared from the musical stage after a series of bad decisions and internal conflicts. Although the momentum of the band ended in the late 80s, they managed to stay a group and are still recording new music.This way, the band established itself especially in the European metal scene one more time, and has gathered a faithful community of fans.
