The original german apple came with the same insert as the uk & us, but also included a unique fold-out 4-page insert with story in german about george with ravi shankar, maharishi mahesh yogi, etc, and information/pictures of 'help', 'revolver' and 'sergeant pepper's lonely hearts club band'. This is a unique german-only bonus and it's very nicely done, with a back cover of george & patti.[Jingy]
