Scooter

Scooter is one of the most well-known techno and dance music bands from Germany. The group was founded in Hamburg in 1993 and has since released numerous hits throughout Europe. A special characteristic of Scooter is their love for speed. Many of their songs talk about fast cars, fast life, and the energy of the city. In total, Scooter has released over 20 albums and is one of the most recognized and successful techno and dance bands in Europe. Over the years, Scooter has many entertaining and interesting stories to offer:
Scooter once released a song called "The Logical Song" that is based on the melody of the children's song "Mary Had a Little Lamb." The frontman, H.P. Baxxter, once did a stage show where he played a giant crab that walked through the crowd. The band once did a stage performance dressed as spacey astronauts and bounced around on stage. The band members once did a stage show where they were all dressed as crazy scientists and fiddled around with colorful chemicals.
Scooter once released a song called "Nessaja" that is based on Sergei Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf."
