Throughout their career, Fairport Convention has undergone numerous lineup changes, with Nicol being the only constant member. Despite this, the band has maintained a strong following and continues to tour and record, with their latest album, "Shuffle and Go", being released in 2020. They have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and continue to be regarded as one of the most influential and innovative folk rock bands of all time.
