• Artist is shown as 'WILLIE LOCO ALEXANDER' on front sleeve, typeset in the same font as titles and credits.
• 'Gin' is angled upwards from left to right and has a lightly shaded background.
• Back sleeve has a single photo of Willie at a piano at left.

• Original credits list 'Photos - Bill Taylor - Musician's Magazine' and 'Phototypesetting - Susan Cunha'
(The second black-and-white version has a fold-over sleeve with multiple typefaces, minimal photo detail, and 'Gin' printed diagonally - and illegibly - across the upper right corner. The credits have been cut apart and re-assembled to remove the phototypesetting credit and correct/update the photo credit.)
