Mastering was done at Soundstage and at J.A.M.F. (Just Another Mastering Facility) in, Toronto, Canada.
Issues are hand stamped on rear of gloss gate fold cover indicating # in series.

At time of writing, there are seven distinct releases of this title, including this one, broadly divided into Canada/USA releases, and those for the European market.

The primary differences are in the text at the top of the rear cover, and the limited edition numbering at bottom right of rear cover. The Canadian/US version has five lines of text at the top, detailing Canadian, US, and UK exclusive distributors, and 'Album #' preceding the limited edition number. The European version carries four lines, detailing only the European distributor, and has 'Album# EU' preceding the limited edition number. This may imply there were separate numbering schemes for each territory.

Most releases of this limited-edition title are stamped/embossed on rear cover indicating # in series, one exception has a printed number stamp, and one is not numbered at all.
