Sonny Rollins

Sonny Rollins is an American jazz saxophonist born on September 7, 1930, in New York City. He is considered one of the most important and influential tenor saxophonists in the history of jazz music.

Rollins began his music career in the 1940s, and he played with some of the most prominent jazz musicians of his time, including Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, and Max Roach. He has released numerous albums throughout his career, including "Saxophone Colossus," "Tenor Madness," and "The Bridge."
