Simple Minds

Simple Minds, hailing from Scotland, rose to fame with their 1985 hit "Don't You (Forget About Me)" from "The Breakfast Club." Originally a post-punk art rock band, they transitioned into epic pop akin to U2. Led by guitarist Charlie Burchill and singer Jim Kerr, their breakthrough album was "New Gold Dream (81-82-83-84)." Despite facing setbacks, they continued releasing music, with notable albums like "Once Upon a Time" and "Big Music" in 2014.
