Linda Ronstadt

Linda Ronstadt is an American singer and songwriter who was born on July 15, 1946, in Tucson, Arizona. She has been one of the most popular and successful female singers in the history of popular music, with a career that spanned over four decades.

Ronstadt began her career in the mid-1960s as the lead singer of the Stone Poneys, a folk-rock trio. She later embarked on a solo career and released her debut album, "Hand Sown...Home Grown," in 1969. Her breakthrough album, "Heart Like a Wheel," was released in 1974 and featured the hit songs "You're No Good" and "When Will I Be Loved."
