Dean Martin

Dean Martin (1917-1995) was an American singer, actor, and comedian. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio, and began his career in entertainment in the 1940s, first as a nightclub singer and then as a member of the comedy team Martin and Lewis, alongside Jerry Lewis.

After the duo split up in 1956, Martin embarked on a successful solo career, releasing hit songs like "That's Amore," "Everybody Loves Somebody," and "Ain't That a Kick in the Head." He also appeared in a number of films, including "Rio Bravo," "Ocean's Eleven," and "The Sons of Katie Elder."

Martin was known for his relaxed, debonair persona and his smooth, easygoing singing style. He was a popular performer on television, and hosted his own variety show, "The Dean Martin Show," from 1965 to 1974.
