The Bee Gees, led by brothers Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb, embarked on a multifaceted musical journey from the late '50s to the early 2000s. Starting in Australia, they evolved from psychedelic pop to disco sensations in the '70s, and later experienced a resurgence as adult contemporary artists in the '90s. Their influence transcended genres, inspiring acts like Justin Timberlake and of Montreal. Despite personal and creative challenges, including a brief split in 1969, they continued to innovate and produce hits. Tragically, Maurice's death in 2003 marked the end of the Bee Gees' performing career. However, their timeless music remains celebrated, with renewed interest following Robin's passing in 2012.
