Altamont was Steven Wilson and Simon Vockings. It existed between 1983-84. SW was 15/16 years old at the time. All of the music was improvised live onto cassette tapes using primitive analogue synthesisers and a home made echo machine. Recording dates: 7-8-83 / 28-6-83 / 4-84. Limited to 300 copies, of which only 250 were for sale.[discogs][]
